Hello all,
My current Setup is:

ASUS P7P55 WS Supercomputer motherboard
2 2gb sticks of G.SKill "240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL"
750 watt power supply
Intel Core i5 750 @4ghz
RAID array type 0

So I switched all this stuff into another case last night and all of a sudden, one of my 2gb sticks of ram decides to stop showing itself useful. IN Bios it only shows 2047mb or RAM and in Windows 7 Professional, it shows 4.00gb ram (2.00 usable)-and cpuz still shows both sticks as normal. I've tried different combinations of the 2 sticks on the board, and switched them around. It turns out only one of them really "works". I tested each stick alone in the proper spot and saw that only one of the sticks was recognized to boot up the system. The other one just gave me error codes. Only twice did the all 4gbs show up, and when I rebooted it went back to 2.00gb. Should I go for an RMA? Any ideas would be great...... It all worked fine in the other case before.

It sounds to me like one of the sticks is dead. Not sure how it would have happened, but it sure looks like it. Run Memtest86+ (or another memory diagnostic tool) to confirm this before taking any action.
