I just succesfully overclocked my amd x2 64 4600 from 2.4 to 2.85 ghz on stock cooling. I got about 18-19% out of it.

I currently have a foxcon 560a motherboard:

Its runs at about 55-60º under stress

I would like to get more out of my pc.

Anything else I can do?

You can keep ocing your cpu, but it looks like it is at it's max temps. Also, you could overclock your ram, and gpu.

depending on what you do ,and SSD is a nice addition nowadays, i dont think people realize the difference until the get one. you coul also add more ram, 4gb is my minimum on a 64-bit OS

Also, you can easily reuse an SSD in your next build, because in real world performance, a Vertex 4 (just an example) will still Probably run great in 5 years, but who knows what humans will create nowadays.
