I recently acquired a Toshiba Tecra 730 laptop. Used, of course.

I'd appreciate any help with two items:

1. A site i could download a manual from.

2. A video driver for Dos. The unit has Win98, but i like to drop to
Dos for some things. And when i do, the screen area shribnks to about
60%.

Thanks.

There are no video drivers for DOS. Dos is limited to a 640x480 screen,
which will either show up as a stretched, distorted "full screen", or a
a crystal clear 640x480 screen within the larger physical screen
(800x600 or 1024x768). This is the case for all laptops. DOS has no
video drivers for higher resolutions, generally for any laptop or video
board on any computer (there are a very few DOS applications which have
such drivers for that application only, but not for DOS itself).

You can probably download a user manual from www.toshiba.com, which is
the 1st place that you should have tried.
