Hello, I would like to buy a monitor for graphic, so no TN panel. Something about +- 300€, max. about 400€, and the only thing I want is resolution 1920 (it doesnt matter if its x1080 or x1200).
Now I have these: Samuns F2380, Dell UltraSharp U2410 or PHILIPS 240PW9ES
what do you think?

I can only tell you what I read in expert and customer reviews. It seems to be a monitor designed to do graphic work with great color accuracy and wide color gamut.
