Need help with administrator privelages.

i want to access all files and folders on other computer on my network

If you already have admin privileges on the machine, you can navigate over to the other machine and use the tool Map Network Drive from a Windows Explorer window. If you don't have admin privileges on the other machine, answering this question is a violation of forum rules.
Get the other machine's admin to give you the necessary priviliges on his / here machine.
