Question about a dedicated Physics Graphics Card

The question is with my setup can I use my old 9600 512gb ddr5 graphics card as a pure "PHYSX" card note this card will not be sli with the other geforce 250s. I dont quite understand the tech with having a dedicated PHYSIX's card how does it work is there some special installation I have to do or software configuration? Any help would be appreciated thx

Will it be software enabled by nvidia SLI Drivers?

Also the motherboard I Have is MSI NF980-G65 AM3 DDR3 NVIDIA 980a Integrated Graphics Card. How exactly will the intergrated graphics card be used in this setup will it work with 9600gt to support PHYSIX or will it work with the dual sli gts 250s?
