5670 is pretty weak. slightly weaker than a 4770. i would suggest bumping up to a 5770 or at least a 5750

Good list, except for the PSU. I've never trusted that particular Sirtec unit, and it has never been tested properly.

The Antec TP-550 would be a safer choice

I would switch to a Phenom II 955 BE if you can afford it. I would stay away from the older Athlons if possible.

The graphics card you picked is not very powerful for that price. You can find radeon 4870s for ~$130-140 new or you can usually pick up a used one for around ~$100.

The 4870 gets almost double the fps of the 5670.
