Presario 2550 : DVD/CDRW unable to burn CDs

are you sure that your CD drive is being loaded at all. See if you can see
a drive letter for it, if not then it is probably that your lower filters
have been turned on by a recent CD burning install and will have to be
deleted.

Other thing I forgot to mention is INCD fails to load has a little yellow
exclamation
on the system tray ..

Can Nero work with out INCD ?
