Help me please with QX9770 problem

hi..
i have gigabyte GA-EP45T-UD3R motherboard with QX9770 EXTREME CPU !!
8gb memmory
ssd
gts 250 gpu..
and my system is so SLOW and freezing all the time and programs stop responding also..![:sweat:]( ":sweat:")
i think the problem is in the BIOS setting..
can someone help me with the BIOS setting i shuld have?
