looking for a video card to do 2x 1920x1080 resolution with windows 7 bells and whistles (no gaming) odd bit of casual photoshop
(i manage on this PC without a gfx card, so i really just want something to take the load off the CPU in my new machine running windows 7)
not too power hungry/hot and about £40 budget

Yeah, that would be fine although you can get an HD4650 for less and it's even a semi-capable gaming card;
