Replacing stock fan for i5 2400

Is the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO too big for my ASRock H61M-VS MICRO-ATX? I'm using 2 sticks of Corsair value ram so I'm worried about the cooler being way too close to them once I install it.

I wonder if I should just go with a COOLER MASTER Hyper TX3 instead, but the price difference is pretty small and I'd like to think that the cooler will be compatible with whatever new sockets come out in 3 years or so. Then I would just have to replace the fan if I wanted to buy a CPU to OC.

Thanks. I watched a video and it seems that you're right, even in ATX boards the fourth slot for RAM is usable with this cooler installed, so I guess it would be the same for a M-ATX.
