my seagate ST320413A 20gb has recognize but nothing there in the properties.i cant view it.i cant even reformat it.what should i do?pls help me..

when using windows click Start --> "Run" and type "diskmgmt.msc". look if the hdd is listed there.

i have follow your instruction but nothing's there...it is the situation..when i connect my hard drive using my enclusure it just says found new hardware..when i go to the properties no drive of it can be view..pls help..
