    ^ You can improve the build a lot with better components without much change in the budget... Here are some suggestions for the build overall...
    1. PSU + DVD
    OCZ 500W + Sony - This OCZ is a far better PSU than that XCILO PSU...

    2. RAM - I would suggest this 4GB RMA kit for just $20 more...Well worth it...

    3. CASE - Check out this one...
    NZXT BETA EVO Classic

    4. HDD - Definitely a better one...
    Samsung F3 500GB - Bigger, better...Just $10 more will get you a very fast 500GB HDD ...

    5. And definitely this mobo + CPU combo...
    X4 945 95W TDP + Gigabyte 770 - This CPU is better than the one you have linked as this is more power efficient...

    Graphics card -
    This one...
