Overclocking software?

Hi i have a hp p6-2143w and i would like to overclock my processor. Because my pc is a retail pc my bios is locked so I would like to use a overclocking software. I used to have the overdrive option in amd vision that let me overclock my processor but for some reason its not showing maybe because i upgraded to windows 8 release preview. So i would like to know the best overclocking software available. I know my risk and oveclocking software is risky and unstable.Thanks.

APU's will not get far, and not easily... you have to adjust the FSB which will create instability very fast, but if you want to try, your best bet is AMD overdrive, the one on their website for CPU overclocking
