Additional Info: I'm really not sure about which graphics card to go with but with this current build I'm just right under $1000 including shipping/handling so the graphics card would have to be around $190

The graphics card I would wait for the 5830 for around $200 or grab a 4890 based on performance or a 5770 for comparable performance to a 260 and it has DX11. I would personally go go for the 5770
