ATI 4670 support on Intel 945G

Is ATI 4670 compatible with my computer
system specs: intel 945g motherboard,core2 duo 1.8 ghz,1.5GB RAM.
DOES THAT CARD NEED A SEPARATE POWER CABLE... OR IT CAN DRAW POWER FROM MOTHERBOARD ITSELF?...plz help me

No, 4670 won't need additional power from PSU, it only draw power from the motherboard itself...
