Power supply advice

I need advice (as the title implies). I have a rosewill rv2 700w psu (which i guess sucks) and not sure if i should change this out because rosewill is such a horrible brand. I was looking into modular psu and would like one (obviously a good one) for under $80. is it worth even changing out, psu works fine and i have not had any problems (yet) only real problem is cable clutter.

I wouldn't worry too much about changing it out if it has been fine and supplies all the power your system needs.
