mysystem not supporting to play windown mediaplayer
it saying your system not installed sound device. so what can i do

You need to install a sound driver for your hardware.

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

I've seen that message show up even when the sound card was in place with the right drivers but just because the speakers weren't plugged in so the circuit wasn't quite complete.

Are your speakers plugged in to the turquoise coloured socket and, if necessary, powered up?
