Raid is in rebuilding state

Hello,
My server just crashed and has come up showing that both my port 0 & 1 are in a rebuilding state and that they are degraded. It then says "press any key to continue" If I do, then server tries to boot, gets 3 seconds into logo screen and reboots. Question is: do I wait for it to rebuild before I select "press any key" or ?

Sounds like it might be rebooting to rebuild the drives, finding them to be "degraded" beyond use, then rebooting to ask you what to do next. Is it giving you a status bar of rebuild process or something while its waiting for you to press a key?
