Is 300w PSU enough for me? HD4350 & Xonar D2?

Hi

this is for HDTV purposes and I have 300w installed and would rather not change it so will it be enough to run my PC ok with an Asus Xonar D2 sound card and an HD 4350 video card. ATI says for this card 300w is ok but does the sound card or anything require more power?
