Processor: Intel(r) Core(TM) 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.4Ghz

MotherBoard: Acer EG31M
chipset: intel P35/G33/G31 rev a2

Memory: ddr2 dual 2048mbytes symmetric

Umm, your link aren't work... :) 
So, as long as your mobo has pci-e slot then u can use any pci-e card.
Make sure u have enough power on your PSU.

just check whether your motherboard has a pci-e slot...it should have one but some of the aftermarket companies like dell,acer builds custom motherboard without any pci-e slot...If it has the slot then a 9500GT should be fine...

Yup, should work fine, so long as there is a PCI-E slot :D .

The card uses very little power so even a weak little 250W PSU would be fine. I would only be concerned if your computer had a really really weak PSU, like less than 220W.
