SYSTEM SPECS

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 2.93 Ghz
Motherboard: Asus P5QPL-VM EPU
Memory: OCZ DDR2 PC2-6400 Vista Performance Platinum 4GB Dual Channel
Graphics: Gigabyte HD 4850 512MB GDDR3
PSU: OCZ Z Series 650 Watt
OS: Windows 7 x64 Ultimate

So the thing is my motherboard does not support a function in which I can change the FSB : DRAM ratio into 1:1 (best ratio is 4:5) so my ram is limiting my cpu overclocking to 3.5 Ghz and I want to achieve more than that so I wanted to ask should I change the motherboard or my ram?(I don't care about the budget yet I just want to know what genericaly would be better)

Thanks for your replies!

Hi.

1- If u change the RAM u need something better that in DDR2 is DDR-1200 and that's more expensive that DDR3.
2- A new mobo can give u more OC features but if u keep in mind that u already have one of the best 775 mobos for OC the mobo change isn't very useful.
