Are you saying your computer does not work and you want to restore it or that the restore does not work? Need details, what exactly does not work? Is it not turning on? Turning on but not loading Windows? Loading Windows but is not loading the desktop? Loading the desktop but is refusing to make you a coffee? Makes you a coffee but uses too much sugar?
