what is best upgrade from geforce 8800 gts ,cpu is 2 cpu core 6600@2.40ghz , 3gs memory , power supply 620 w , 32 bit , vista , im strugling with arma 2 very poor frame rate

-"very poor framerate" means nothing without settings and more details on that.
-How much are you willing to spend? Apparently you have no budget so the best upgrade would be to purchase two radeon 5970s and crossfire them for $1400. You also didn't tell us what motherboard you have.
