Closed Hyper 212 Evo suite my needs? Or something more high end? And as you may know, the stock heat sink and fan are EXTREMELY LOUD when it's under load, it's still loud even without it being under a load. So I come to you, Toms Hardware, to help me decide my third party heat sink purchase. I've been looking at the Hyper 212 Evo because of the price and reviews. I use to not care about how loud the system was, but now I need it to be much quieter. Is the Evo 212 quite? Of course there will be noise, but I just don't want it to be as loud as it is now. Also, if there is something war better than the evo for like, $20 more, I'll consider it. Main things I'm looking for: - Quietness - Price, lower than $40, will maybe do something around $60 if it's so much better.
