  1. Hyper 212 EVO.

    That is all.

Good watercooling loops are around $200+ :P

That's real watercooling, not the CLC stuff. ;)

Under $40? Try Thermalright HR-02 Macho and True Spirit. Both models are priced under $40, and the new Macho Rev. A comes with a screw driver that makes installation easy.

  3. I am going to half to agree to thomashan168 recommendation if you rather have something that out performs the Hyper 212 EVO at that little of a budget the Thermalright HR-02 Macho or True Spirit is the way to go its a solid choice at that price point if you some how felt otherwise i would presume you're expecting to much for to little true it's a bit ugly imo still kicks ass though lol.
  4. unless you are handed down watercooling parts where the only thing that you'd need to buy under the $40 mark would be distilled water(and maybe a silver kill coil) which is very cheap! Other than taht - going for a CLC even on discount is a no-go route IMO. H50's ...maybe, but considering all the leaks sprung forth from the other H's - I'd say no.

keeping my post more towards OP's question:
the HR02 checks out fine considering the case dimensions you have

  5. Hyper 212 EVO.
  6. Hyper 212 EVO.[/quotemsg+1 I will admit that was first that came to mind but after reading org. post i assume that poster is really hoping for something else not sure why but figured it's not for me to question.
