Will my cpu bottle neck my graphics card?

Hey guys
im planning on buying a radeon hd 4850 if not then im going for a 9800gt
will my cpu bottle my gpu
my system specs are

Pentium 4 ht 3 ghz
intel 915gav chipset
2gb ddr dual channel ocz ram
320gb sata maxtor hdd
350 watts antec psu
19" samsung monitor

i will be upgrading my cpu and motherboard in april or later

will my motherboard supprot core 2 duo?because it has an lga775 socket

Yes, your CPU will bottleneck both cards. But if you will get a new CPU and motherboard in April then get the 4850. The problem I am seeing is the PSU. Although it is of a good brand I don't think it will handle the 4850 which consumes a lot of power. If you could upgrade the PSU to a good 450W one then you will be all set for the new GPU and future upgrades.

I can't find a specific list of supported processors for your motherboard, but seeing how old the chipset is I suggest you to not take any chances and upgrade both the CPU and the motherboard at the same time.
