700-800 Gaming Build

I'm looking to build a new gaming PC in the 700-800 range, utilizing either the i5 750 or Phenom II X4 955. Looking for some opinions on the processors, and also some build recommendations.

I already have a copy of Win7 Ultimate, and a 9800gtx+ I was given by a friend. Regarding the video card, I'm not sure if I should use it and wait until Nvidia releases their new cards next month in hopes that the GTX275's drop in price, or if I should try to find a cheaper ATI equivalent now.

Games I will be playing are World of Warcraft/L4D/Bioshock2/Starcraft2(whenever it finally releases).

The Radeon HD 5850 can play all modern games at max settings at a 2500 resolution. It supports DX11, Triple monitors, and is more energy efficient than any equivalent nVidia card out today. The 5850 smashes the 275 easily.
