Quiet fan decision help (repost)

Hello everybody. I have never built a computer before, so I might have a few questions. I am building a watercooled computer with a pull fan configuration. I want to buy a very low db (28db or lower) fan that is able to pull air through a radiator and out an antec 1200 v3 case. I have found two fans that may suite me very well. They are the Scythe Gentle Typhoon D1225C12B2AP-12 and the Be Quiet! Silent Wings 2. I want to know which one is better, and provides the most airflow at the least db. All suggestions are welcome

Gentle typhoons are great radiator fans.

Are the Noctua fans move more air, or are quiter???

Both.

But, this really depends on which radiators you are using.

If you're using ones with high FPI, you want ones that push a lot of static pressure, if you've got a lower FPI rad that's thicker, you can get fans that push less CFM.

I didn't really do any radiator shopping, but I was looking at the The Black Ice GT Stealth 240

Corsair SP120
Scythe Gentle Typhoon
Noctua NF-F12

I just looked at it, but it has too high of a DbA level

The quiet editions are around 21DBA, what I really suggest is getting the higher end fans and just hooking them up to a fan controller.

This will give you a wide variety of sound/performance.

I just checked, and I found out the Noiseblocker NB-BlackSilentPro PL-2 is the exact same DbA level, but is 300 more rpm and has greater airflow

Put the typhoons on your rad, and blockers around the case.

Three questions.

1) will this be too loud if I have 7 of them running at one time?
2) will this be an excellent radiator fan?
3) how well does this fan compare to all the other ones listed in this thread?

They are sorta of quiet, I own 2 of them.....but for radiators?

I used to have them on my EX240, but I switched them to the stock corsair H80 fans and I saw a great decrease in temps.
