Is this the same blue screen message you keep getting? If you're not sure let it happen again a couple times and see if they differ. Do you get blue screens at other times, or only during error-checking?
We need more details, but my gut tells me it's RAM memory.
Blue screens do not provide the information you need, they're only good for telling you something went wrong. I've seen this very type of blue screen before, because the RAM failed while video was used (or checked in your case). That's why you need to take note of what the computer was doing at the time.
What is your system model? You should create a diagnostic CD and run a scan. It's not as hard as it sounds.
