Bios 7f error

Hello, I installed a new Hard Drive and was able to successfully load Windows XP Pro, but now it won't boot all the way and I'm getting "Warning CPU has been changed, Please reenter CPU settings in the CMOS setup and save." The motherboard shows a 7F error code
