Having SATA 3 ( 6Gb/s ) does not matter one bit to a mechanical hard drive since no mechanical hard drive can saturate anywhere near that bandwidth. In fact mechanical hard drives can only use SATA 2 ( 3Gb/s ) bandwidth in bursts. Only an SSD needs SATA 3.

The Hitachi is probably the fastest of the 3 since it is a performance drive. The WD blue would be second and considered a storage grade drive and the WD Green is an " Eco" drive meaning it is fine for storage but not something you want Windows on.
