The only one i didnt get whats the e-mac..

Now that means either I got a good memory, im old or i need to seriously do something else...


I used to repair manual typewriters by welding back the letters...

Also remember repairing IBM golf ball type writers.

Daisy wheel Qume printers in a sound proof box because they were so bloody loud...

My god, im going off to do something completely different - like sheep shearing or something...

I wasn't around at the time of all this but did you know the first GUI based PC was by Xerox? Apple asked Xerox for a tour then asked them for the rights to develop the GUI based interface! I have textbooks from my school with the old Apple OS... cheapskates never buy new ones!

I honestly thought I was smarter! We are learning what RAM does and what a 'backing store' is. I honestly feel embaressed, I have built my own PC and I have a good knowledge!!!! I should be Credit :(
