Sorry, I didn't remember right, the correct date is actually the 18th
of June. See here (and use babelfish if you don't speak German):

It's quite a long time, and perhaps the Englisch version will be
available earlier in the UK, but I doubt it.
It's a real shame that you can't get the original version in
Germany. Eidos (and other international publishers as well) threatens
importers with legal actions. You can only get the localized versions.
US online store also do not deliver video games overseas.
I don't know the reasons the publishers are doing this, but it creates
bizzare situations. The players in the UK, for instance, had to wait 3
month until the German and French localizations of DX:IW were ready,
until they could purchase the game, despite the fact that no
translation was necessary for native english speakers. Of course,
after 3 month no one was waiting any more, every one had heard it
wasn't worth the wait.
My theory: If Eidos published the US version in GB they could not
prevent imports to other EU countries, so the apparently decided to
postpone the entire EU release.
Probably the same will happen now, but its only one month and 3 weeks
of the time I will be on vacation.
I'm positive this time it will be worth the wait.
