Please help a newbie

Just built a computer but have problem that the screen is flickering and sometimes the computer reset itself.
Any idea what the problem can be?

What's the PSU? What are the exact specs on the RAM? What's the motherboard?

A strict guess, but I'm betting that you bought a poor quality PSU and it's causing the problem.

No overclocking

It run fine for a few days before these problem started.
Installed a Netgear USB wireless adapter that I have issues with and a few games.
Can it be compatibility problem with Windows 7?

Running Prime 95 on it now and it seams to be ok, after 1h the CPU is at 47 degrees.

You linked to the RAM twice.

It's possible to be a compatibility problem, but it's unlikely. This would be reported a lot more.

I still think it might be the PSU, but you really need to do some testing. Go through the steps in the "Read before posting about boot problems" sticky. After that, run the testing programs from Step 10 of the "Step-by-Step Guide to Building a PC". All of that will give information to we need to help.

checked everything as per the guides.
Tested each memory by itself in each slot etc.
Run Prime95 for 1h and the 3DMark and no problem.
It boot up fine evrytime but the screen is still flickering sometimes.
If it is the PSU, I have 700W that should be more then enough. I only have 1 DVD, 1 HD, 1 graphics card and mouse and keaybord.

That should be good enough. But that doesn't mean you didn't happen to get a defective one.

Have you tried moving the GPU to another PCIe 2.0 slot (assuming you have one)? Do you have another GPU you could try in the build?

I would still definitely run MemTest86+ overnight just to make sure the RAM is good.

Run MemTest86+ 10 passes, no error.
Run Prime95 for 1.5h, no problem.
Will test to move the GPU to another PCI slot.

Is there any test you can run to see the stability of the PSU?

Moved the GPU to another slot, still same problem.
Unfortunately I don't have another GPU to try.
This is getting very annyoing.
Can you test the PSU somehow?

The only sure way is to substitute a known good one of similar capacity.

I am not a fan of OCZ PSU's. Like CoolerMaster and their cases, I think OCZ is trading on their reputation for other nonrelated components (memory, in this case).

Something else you can try is to strip everything out of the case and breadboard the system:
