Gaming rig between 1000 and 1100

Hello all,

I'm looking to build myself a gaming rig for as close to $1000 as possible, although I will go up to $1100 if there is a reason to. I already own an nvidia GTX 260 (216 core, manufacturer EVGA) and a Corsair TX650W PSU. Other than that, I'd like to go with an i7 860 CPU, and the rest is going to be whatever you reccomend. Any help is appreciated and would help me a great deal.

Why the i7 860 for gaming ? I would drop that to a i5 750 and save 80 bucks and get a good KB/Mouse
