Phenom II X6 1100T max safe 24/7 voltage?

Hey guys, I've been running my x6 on 4ghz for a couple of weeks now on 1.456v, I've just reached 4.1ghz at 1.476v. I'm wondering what is the max SAFE 24/7 use voltage? I've been getting mixed answers and thought I'd ask for advice. Since I could potentionally hit 4.2Ghz, I need this answer!

I have always herd 1.45 Volts 90 percent of the time. The other times I have herd different were whatever your cooling can handle xD
