Can anyone also explain the process of NCIX ordering? Things that I must know.

Thank you very much.

heres my suggestions:

for the cpu, buy a i5 750, not a i7 860. that saves 70$, and instead for either build buy the samsung f3 500 Gb. try to get a better mobo with the 70$ saved in the intel build, and maybe get a better case as well.

Thanks for the input,

I chose I7 860 for the hyperthread, I m constantly render videos and do other CPU heavy tasks (that's not gaming). So I thought i could be useful to have that function than not.

What motherboard do you recommend?

oo well in that case you should get a i7 920! you might have to give a lil in the other parts, but it is much better for what you need.

Too expensive for me. These two systems I put together are about 1350 Canadian.

I m wondering if I should use AMD Phenom II 965 instead of 955. But 965 is sensitive to heat <62 Celsius.

it depends, if they are both the c3, then use the 965, if they arent, get the 955.

Does anyone know when a certain computer component overall price drops? Is it quarterly by year or just annually.

Not sure when is the good time to buy a computer

i7 will drop pretty soon, and so will 5xxx series, due to fermi.
