Hi, I'm interested in buying a new graphics card for my pc. The the PSU requirement for it is 400w while I have a 380w PSU. Just wondering if my PSU for that video card would be sufficient. Thanks.

Video Card: XFX Radeon HD 4650 1GB AGP http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4914257&CatId=2234

yes, your PSU can handle that card. But wait, don't get 4650, it's weak, get yourself a 4670 AGP card, it much better than 4650... :)
your 380W PSu will be enough to run 4670 AGP version... :)

Your PSU is more than fine for both 4650 and 4670
However,
I suggest you to go for 4670, since it is only $65USD and will give you great performance
