3770k Overclock help

Hi there.

I would just like some confirmation if that is ok.

I have overclocked my 3770k to 4.5Ghz via the multiplier on my g1 assassin 3 Mobo and set Voltage to 1.250 as any lower voltage and the system crashes. My temps when stress testing with prime go to just under 70c... sometimes 71c if the room is warm but general usage and gaming it is 60c load eg max payne 3 ect.

Im using the Noctua nh-d14

is this an ok 24/7 overclock? It is stable but obviously just want some peace of mind..

This is the exact voltage mine goes on 1.250 volts.. however i get higher temperatures as i still have the stock cooler . Semms fine to me
