Rememded fans for H80

hello all.


i got a h80 water cooling system and i have notice that its really loud on max.. i was wondering i have 2 gentle typhoon 1850 rpms that im not using is it ok for me to change them for the stock corsair. ive heard that typhoons are good to more air, not much good on air flow .. i was told that its better to have high air flow on the H80 radiatior.. any input about this will be appreciated

Gentle thyphoons are probably the best fans for watercooling as they have high static pressure even throu the radiator fins.

1850 and 1450 gentle typhoons are your second best bet performance wise, 1st in over all (if you want quiet as well).

Only bad part i heard about those fans is that after 1 year moreless they start emitting a low volume, high pitch noise that is very unconmftable.

You must remmber that Airflow is normally tested on fans with no resistances, and you will have quite a big one.
