*** ing tested it before i put it all in the case but for some dumbass reason i banked on things actually working the way they're supposed to the first time even though that never happens ever.

I get nothing on the screen. All the components seem to have power though. The debug screen on the motherboard reads "38" before it restarts the system automatically. The manual says 38 is a post code checkpoint or something it reads: "initializes different devices through DIM"

ASRock P55 Extreme LGA 1156 Intel P55 ATX Intel Motherboard
Intel Core i5-750 Lynnfield
ASUS EAH5850/2DIS/1GD5 Radeon HD 5850
G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W
I also got a corsair h50 which im beginning to regret.

Im gunna pull out the video card from this machine and swap in into that one. Any other recommendations would be appreciated im a about to tear my hair out i almost spent 2 grand on this piece of ***.

Have you done all of the things recommended in the stickied thread? It sounds like a memory issue to me. Try reseating memory, then trying single sticks, one at a time, in different slots. If you haven't read the stickied thread, go there first and try everything.
