Im building this computer, could you advise me if all these items are compatible with each other and if these parts will work under windows 7.

Also tell me what you think of the PC and if its worth to buy for $330 from direct canada

The CPU that im going to use is a Core 2 duo 2.4GHz. I already have the CPU at home.

You have left out two impotant pieces of the puzzle...
1) CPU you have (Is an EOL socket worth it with that CPU)
2) Uses for this PC (no video card so I guess HTPC)

I would go with the Samsung Spinpoint F3 500GB hard drive, since it is faster.
