Disable integrated intel GMA x4500 Graphics

I am about to install my new ATI Radeon 4670 graphics card and want to disable the installed Intel GMA x4500 which I underestand is on the motherboard. I have a Dell 545MT desktop. Can someone tell me what I need to do to disable the current graphics setup to make this a smooth installation. Thank You

Just uninstall its all drivers
That will do it

So basically just follow instructions for the 4670 and the software will override the old graphics driver

Yes,
Install the card into the motherboard PCIe slot
Turn the PC on
First thing to do is to install the ATI CCC(Catalyst Control Center)
You may find a CD of that in the Box
