is a athlon x4 620 good enough to run fsx with a radeon 5770 ? and when choosing a motherboard as long as it has the slots you need does it really matter what you get?

GIGABYTE GA-MA74GM-S2 is that an ok mother board? with phenomII x4 955, ati radeon hd 5770 . how is that gonna run fsx vs. GIGABYTE GA-790FXTA-UD5 ? and are they both same difficulty to put together?
