ATI 6770 Crashing amdkmdap

For the past year I've been having problems keeping my graphics card stable, and have tried many solutions to no avail, and this is my last hope.

In many games, most prevalent in Skyrim the game will lock up and crash. Skyrim's particular crash sends me to a white screen until I use task manager to end the process. I get the "amdkmdap has stopped responding" driver crash constantly.

I have updated the drivers and have even reverted back to lower revisions with no luck. The second image in my album is a monitoring during gameplay, notice the drastic cutoff during crash period.

Does anyone know any way to fix this problem or can anyone see any problems with my computer based on my specs below?
