I want a Dual LGA 1366 Gaming workstation especially i like it should be quiet & it should consist of Bluray Burner w/ Lightscribe.
Question 1 .... nothing in your list of "system Usages" (HD MOVIES,MUSIC & XTREME GAMING ; LOW:-WORK ) will benefit from the 2nd CPU, and system will in fact be penalized in performance for server overhead (i.e. large amounts of memory, ECC memory, limited OC ability, etc) , so gotta ask .... why you wanna go that way ?
Question 2 .... you want a 5970 but also want 3D Vision monitor which, at least to my understanding, was an nVidia only feature.
Once ya address those 3 issues, just for the fun of it, lets look at a single CPU solution which I certainly expect will be a faster gamer than any server based solution. ...and don't forget ... I am trying to spend a lotta money....I'm thinking wait till end of March for Intel's new CPU.s, the MoBos that go with them and Fermi options.....but let's look at stuff available now.
Case / PSU - Antec 1200 / CP-1000 ($300)

Note I really wanted to put the SG-1200 in here but despite being certified Gold by 90 plus.org back in July, it hasn't hit store shelves yet.
MoBo - ASUS P6T7 WS Supercomputer "Ultimate Gamer" ($399)

My one problem w/ this MoBo is current model only supports only SATA II not SATA III....expect new Asus hexacore boards to drop in march.

Memory - Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 12GB CAS 7 (3 x 4GB) ($749)

Sound - On Board
Blue Ray Burner - PLEXTOR Blu-ray Burner Model PX-B940SA SW

Monitor - For HD, Movies and Photo work, accurate color IPS screen use Dell U2410's ($550 on special)

Get two more and use eyefinity
or
Monitor - Dell 3008 WFP ($1700 on special)
http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/products/Monitors/pr...
or
Monitor - Acer 24" 120 Hz 3D and wait for fermi (getting two GTX 295's and dropping the dedicated PhysX card is an option but why not wait to DX11 stuff drops in 5 weeks)
http://www.engadget.com/2009/12/09/nvidia-shows-its-3d-...
Speakers - Logitech Z-5500 505 Watts 5.1 Speakers ($392)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
Keyboard - Logitech G19USB Wired Gaming Keyboard ($175)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
Mouse - Logitech G9x Black Two modes scroll USB Wired Laser 5700 dpi Gaming Mouse ($72)

In short, despite the fun and drooling on the above component list, I think it's best to wait 5-6 weeks, see what drops from Intel, MoBo manufacturers and nVidia and in the meantime decide whether you really want a server box and decide between 3D Vision and PhysX versus what ATI offers.
