Suggestions for Portait/Landscape/Portrait Config

I've noticed the 20/30/20 1200x1600/2560x1600/1200x1600 Config is most desirable but it is a bit out of my price range. I've figured out a few configs that work, using monitor size calculator http://cubic.bioc.columbia.edu/kernytsky/tools/aspect/aspect.php, a spreadsheet, templates using exact sizes, and mockups. Please make a suggestion.
