Driver help!!!

I put a thread up a few days ago to no avail...

While my 5970 is backordered, the only card I had to run in my new desktop was a FireGL V8600. I am trying to get good drivers for it to maintain some functionality in gaming, but I'm not doing so hot right now. My 3DMark06 score is around 11250 (terrible for the rest of my system specs) and its because of the graphics card.

While this card is temporary, can anyone advise me a way to get the most gaming performance out of this workstation card? Thanks!

Gaming cards are for gaming, workstation cards are for rendering. Id say you are lucky to even get a game to run, let alone try and get decent FPS with that FireGL.

Sell the card, with the money buy a proper gaming card

I already told you that I have a 5970 on order....as in...already purchased and waiting for a shipping date.

I'm looking for a way to make some sort of use of the ONLY PCI-Express card I have to put into this system while I wait.
