My windows 8 has graphics glitches like in settings it looks weird!!

My windows 8 has several graphics glitches! Here is a pic. Here is what it looks like bit.ly/RrINNV It is very annoying and i tried updating my drivers et. can some one tell me how to fix it? I have hp pavillion laptop with quad core i7 3610qm and nvidia geforce gt 630m and intel hd 4000! Thank You!
